Context is king when interpreting the Word of God, so the immediate context of the text must be considered. However, I would like to explore the idea that this statement not only applies to its immediate context, but also to the context of the Bible as a whole.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable…”

So no Scripture is excluded from the principle of this passage.

The account of a seven-day creation is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
The account of the Flood is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
God’s promised land to Abraham is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
Israel’s exodus from Egypt is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
Daniel’s prophecy of the seventy weeks is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
The birth of Jesus, the incarnate Son of God, is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
The gospel means of salvation is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
The coming of Christ, both for and with His people, is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.

In short, if you find it in the Bible, it is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation.
