The work of the ministry has some unique challenges.
Some men sin in such a way that it is open and not so difficult to know how to handle them.
Some are not so easy to discern.
Some men are prone to follow after sinners, while some will take up their old sins again.
On the other hand some repent in open and easy to recognize ways while other tend to be more quiet and more challenging to see what God has done in their soul.
The pastor's task is to seek the Lord and be patient with men. We are called to lead our churches. We are not charged with being God over them
