Acts 26:19
Whereupon, O king Agrippa, I was not disobedient unto the heavenly vision:
Paul, it must be remembered, is making an appeal for his life. To lose this mean to lose his life on this earth. Yet Paul obviously has a deeper goal than just winning a judicial appeal. He is concerned for the souls of those who are here listening.
Paul could testify he had not been disobedient. God had given him marching orders and Paul had obeyed those orders.
I wonder how many Christians could stand before a magistrate and say, "I was not disobedient"
To God
To His Word
To His calling in my life
