2 Corinthians 6:13 KJV
Now for a recompence in the same, (I speak as unto my children,) be ye also enlarged.
The appeal of separation begins in the very first verse where he says "receive not the grace of God in vain." The concept of separation goes two ways;
• From evil and worldliness and
• To the apostle and godliness
He asked them to enlarge their hearts toward him (and those in the ministry) and separate from unbelievers, unrighteousness and etc.
The process towards real fellowship with the Father is more than a separation from, it is a separation to. We must avoid the influence of unrighteousness but we must also delve deeply into the influence of righteousness.
