Revelation
16:5-7 KJV
And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O
Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.
For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast
given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.
And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God
Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.
Everything
the angels know about grace, they know from watching God's grace at work in
people on this earth. But the angels have no false view of God's grace. They
are not, as some religionists and careless people, foolish enough to believe
that God's grace is God's only quality. They see God in the fullness of His
glory and they see that He is true and righteous and just as well as He is
merciful and gracious.
We
are not privy to all that the angels see but we have the blessing of the Bible
to grant us glimpses into glory. Wise would be the man who enjoys the grace and
mercy of God while remembering He is just and righteous in judgments.
