A Better Introduction to God

Exodus 5:2 KJV

And Pharaoh said, Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice to let Israel go? I know not the LORD, neither will I let Israel go.

Exodus begins with a world confused about God. Within a few chapters from here, God will give them a better introduction. 

• Moses learned He is the God of the personal call in chapter four
• Pharaoh was about to learn He is the God over worldly governments beginning in chapter Five
• Israel learned He is the God who had heard their cries in chapter six

Even so, our world needs to know God. 

• That He uses men
• That He is sovereign over the world 
• That He is personal and hears our prayer

May God so lead us that we may know Him and make Him known.
