How to Obtain the Glory of God

2 Thessalonians 2:14 KJV

Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I read in this God's answer to Romans 3:23 KJV

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;

• We enter this world short of the glory of God.
• We are conformed into a worldly image that is short of the glory of God
• We behave in a manner that proves we come short of the glory of God
• We may attempt to reform ourselves but that always comes short of the glory of God
• We might devote our lives to a worthy cause but that comes short of the glory of God
• We might join a church or some other religious organization but that comes short of the glory of God

But when we receive the Gospel of Jesus Christ and call out to Him for salvation, we then obtain that beautiful prize; the glory of God.
