Matthew 15:28 (KJV)
Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

Here is an answered prayer in which a God gives her what she wills. I can’t say what she wills as opposed to what God wills for it was surely within the will of God to answer.
She sought the right benefactor
It was Jesus, Lord, the Son of David.
It was Jesus, Lord, the Son of David.
Being a Canaanite she could have rejected Christ, certainly rejected one born of David. Indeed, there are many in the land of Israel, Palestinians and other non Jews, who reject the Jews simply because they are Jews.
She kept persistent
Her prayer was not immediately answered. It seemed as if the Lord ignored her. His disciples were unsure of her and would have sent her away. Still she remained.

She humbly sought her request
She did not allow pride, nationalism or discontent to dissuade her. She only sought the thing she sought.

She had great faith
Faith does not merely believe you can have what you want.
Faith does not merely believe you can have what you want.
- Faith is conviction concerning truth.
- Faith is an understanding of the Word of God and of God’s will for mankind.
- Faith prays in harmony with God’s Will and is content in that will.
