Psalms 112:1 (KJV) Who Gets The Best Blessings?

Psalms 112:1 (KJV)
Praise ye the LORD. Blessed is the man that feareth the LORD, that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
Praise ye the Lord.
Seems to me that this first phrase stands alone. The Psalmist makes this declaration before beginning his thesis, "Praise ye the Lord".
I am struck with those words, “…that delighteth greatly in His commandments.” He doesn’t merely delight in them but he delights greatly in them. The word means wholly, speedily, diligently. It comes from a word meaning vehemence. We could suggest with passion or hotly.
Over the years I have met multitudes of people who claim to be believers but it would be impossible to think of them as passionate, diligent, wholly believers. For them their faith was an “add on”. It was for them a bonus to be Christian so long as Christianity provided for them some perceived benefit and so long as that faith did not become an inconvenience in any way. God’s Word promises no blessings for believers of that sort.
The great blessings in Christianity are reserved for those with the greatest passion for God and His Word.

To my readers:
