Psalms 4:8 (KJV) Peace and Safety

Psalms 4:8 (KJV)
I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
Thou, LORD, only makes me dwell in safety. 

I am prayerful that we are approaching the end of this pestilence shelter order. It seems like there is more and more talk of it and, though our governor has apparently made a pact with Oregon and California to resist the President if he opens the country before they deem safe, I see what I hope is the handwriting on the wall; we are coming to a close. 

So many people have assumed a posture of fear during this time: 

• Those associated with the Task Force[1]
• The media 
• Many in local governments 
• A lot of the lost and even 
• Some believers 

It’s easy to become afraid when every access you have to the outside urges you to be afraid. 

Almost every Christian has heard Psalms 4:8. We want to live and sleep in an environment of peace. Here’s the thing, it will only happen when we come to trust ONLY the LORD to makes us safe. If we trust the Lord and anything or anyone else, we are bound to be unsettled, because this world and all who rely upon it, live in an ever-changing environment that is destined for destruction. 

You will sleep in peace when you trust ONLY the LORD to make you safe.
