Psalms 66:16-20 (KJV)
Come and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:
But verily God hath heard me; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.

No one else would be interested. This does not necessarily exclude unsaved souls. Many, I am sure, have hearts prepared by the Lord. They should never be excluded. It seems obvious that the largest number of these will be believers. It’s perfectly acceptable to preach your testimony to other Christians.

I cried unto Him
And this with his mouth. He was open. Out loud. He cried audibly to the Lord. Let others know you pray. Give testimony of praying.

If I regard iniquity
Christians need to be reminded of this truth. A vibrant prayer life is impossible alongside an active sin life.

Verily God hath heard me
The Psalmist was as much a sinner as you and me. But he did not live in sin. He lived in the presence of the Lord.

Let every Christian give a similar testimony as each of us may have a similar walk with the Lord.
