Philippians 3:15 (KJV)
Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
Here is the perfect mind:
The perfect mind places no confidence in the flesh.
The perfect mind realizes there is no way to be made right with God through religious or other good deeds. The perfect mind, therefore, counts all that for loss and seeks to know Christ and the power of His resurrection.
The perfect mind presses for the mark.
The perfect mind sees a prize in the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. He places the focus and emphasis of life on attaining that prize.
The perfect mind is able to hear from the Lord and grow in faith and in the knowledge of His Word.
The perfect mind knows it is not a perfect mind. He understands he is not always minded right and is therefore willing to hear, be corrected, and thereby grow further in the mind of Christ.
