And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean.
There are a number of conversations prompted by the Lord's Transfiguration.
Peter spoke, and some have criticized him for it.
The Bible does say that he spoke, not knowing what he was saying.
God spoke and gave us good instruction.
Jesus is indeed the Son of God, and we are wise to hear Him.
Jesus spoke and told them not to speak of the Transfiguration.
They were to wait until after His resurrection before saying anything about it.
They spoke one with another about the rising from the dead.
Sometimes it's good for preachers to get alone and talk about things they can't talk to just anyone else about. Some questions and doctrines are best discussed within the fellowship of the local church.
They spoke again and asked Jesus questions about Bible interpretation.
My advice? There is simply no one better to ask than Jesus!
I want to conclude this particular conversation by saying (yes, I do get the irony of this): sometimes the best things we say are those things we never say out loud.
