Raising Children Without Discipline

Proverbs 23:13 KJV

Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.

There is an all out attack on the Biblical[1] family unit:

• Homosexual living is popular and approved
• Dwelling together outside of marriage is now normal
• Having children without the parents being married is completely accepted 

Raising children without discipline is not only normal now, but the disciplining of children is considered evil by many. The social worker will say it is to prevent child abuse. But the Bible tells us there is a much more sinister agenda behind any movement to prevent the discipline of children. The Bible says discipline is the key to delivering a child from hell.

Satan is behind any philosophy of child raising that opposes correction and strong discipline.

• He revels in rebellion
• He delights in disobedience
• He rejoices in riotous living
• He is for anything that keeps a lost soul lost 

Modern ideas of child raising are not new at all. They go all the way back to murderous Cain who complained his punishment was greater than he could bear. Satan moves in the minds of free thinking men to keep every soul bound for hell so bound until death.

Proper and appropriate correction is the first step to deliverance.
