Walk On

Philippians 3:16 KJV

Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.

None of us have attained all that God has for us, though some of us have attained more of it than others. 

• Circumstances may prevent the one from the same degree of study and work through the Scriptures than another. 
• Poor health may keep one down while another is vigorous and possesses great energy for the things of the Spirit. 
• No doubt the intellectual capabilities of one gives him an advantage to grasp things more quickly than another. 

The rule Paul gives to us, though we are all on our own levels of spiritual attainment, is simple and effectual; be faithful with what we have.

Just be faithful to walk with God according to the measure of truth you have attained.

• Be fully persuaded of what it is you have attained and flesh out than faith in a consistent and godly walk.
• Use what talents the Lord has given you for the glory of the Lord
• Robertson's Word Pictures says simply, "having come this far… go in the same path…"

Walk on then. 

• Don't change courses
• Don't give up the journey
• Keep the faith
• Keep to the course you have been set upon
• Do not grow weary in well doing

For in so doing, whatever it is you have attained will surely lead to greater attainments.
