2 Corinthians 5:4 (KJV)
For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life.

This chapter reminds me, in so many ways, of 1 Corinthians 15. If we can say that the earlier chapter is the assurance of the resurrection then we can say that this chapter is the application of the resurrection.

Being confident of resurrection life;

• We look forward to that resurrection 
• We labor acceptably
• We acknowledge the judgment seat of Christ 
• We strive to win men to Jesus 
• We view others as immortal souls
• We work as ambassadors 
• We wish to reconcile men to God
