Exodus 39:43 (KJV)

And Moses did look upon all the work, and, behold, they had done it as the LORD had commanded, even so had they done it: and Moses blessed them.

Moses had received instructions and commandments concerning everything from civil organization to ceremonial garments from the Lord. He had then faithfully passed them down to the children of Israel. Note, they were not only instructions but commands. What the Lord teaches should not be taken lightly. Note too that the preacher isn’t to come up with his own instructions but simply repeat those he has received. 

Now Moses has done his duty and, as he surveyed the scene, the people had in turn done theirs. 

And Moses blessed them.

If we want to be blessed and be a blessing, do as the LORD has commanded. 

That will give your preacher reason to bless you.
