Ephesians 6:5 (KJV) Serve Others

Ephesians 6:5 (KJV)

Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;

In one respect or another, all of us are servants. 

• We serve or employers 
• We serve our spouses 
• We serve our children 
• We serve our neighbors 
• We serve our communities 
• We serve our country 

One way or another, every human being serves others. This is especially true of the Christian who has been called to serve. 

Here we see how we are to serve:

In singleness of heart

As unto Christ. Focused, not distracted. 

Not with eyeservice

Not as menpleasers but serving to please Christ. This would be the will of God so should be done from the heart. 

With good will

Doing our service as unto the Lord so we seek the best for those we serve.
