I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Notice in this Psalm the character qualities of the one whom God delivers:
He is a seeker
Vs 4
He is poor
Vs 6
He has fear of the Lord
Vs 7
He trusts the Lord
Vs 8
He is righteous
Vs 15
He is a servant
Vs 22
Some men may possess one or more of these qualities. Only Jesus possesses them all. The best place for any man to be is hidden in Jesus Christ. From this position, God only sees Jesus when He looks at him.
