Psalms 19:3 (KJV) Can we trust God?

Psalms 19:3 (KJV)

There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

The Word of God says,

• The heavens declare the glory of God
• God continues to speak day after day
• There is no land or language He has missed

I was taught: 

• Creation witnesses that there is a God. 
• The Bible witnesses who is that God. 
• Jesus witnesses how to come to know Him

Psalms 19 transitions from,

Creation
Vs. 1-6

The Word of God
Vs. 7-10

The human soul
Vs. 11-13

The mouth of the believer
Vs. 14

My concern is that we don’t trust God to witness ahead of us. I have heard so many challenge the Christian soul winner with, “What about the heathen in Africa?” 

The same God who encouraged Apostle Paul,
Acts 18:9-10 (KJV)
Then spake the Lord to Paul in the night by a vision, Be not afraid, but speak, and hold not thy peace:
For I am with thee, and no man shall set on thee to hurt thee: for I have much people in this city.
is with us. 

Matthew 28:18-20 (KJV)
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
