Ephesians 5:5 (KJV)
For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
This is such a weighty matter. There are men who—despite their profession, background, reputation, and insistence—have no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.
“This ye know...”
It’s no secret.
We know it intrinsically.
Our gut says it. Our heart says it. Our eyes say it. It’s not possible that a man, given over to the worst of corrupt human nature, could be genuinely and purely saved.
He’s not just acting unlike a child of God—he has no right to the inheritance of the believer.
We know it by instruction.
The doctrine, the preaching, the teaching we’ve received in every Sunday school class confirms it.
We know it because God says it.
This is the very Word of God—not man’s opinion on eternal matters.
“This ye know…”

God Said It: A Profession Isn’t Possession
Ephesians 5:5 makes it plain—some have no inheritance in God's Kingdom, no matter their profession. It's time to stop ignoring what we know deep down. Don't excuse sin. Don’t soften Scripture. Act on the truth.
Ask your pastor today: What does real salvation produce in a person’s life? Then compare it to your own.
