Revelation 15:3-4 (KJV)
And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

Singing is an act of worship. That singing which is in heaven is the purest form of this worship. Here we have those in heaven singing:
About Gods worksThey are great and marvelous.
About Gods waysThey are just and true.
About Gods characterHe is holy.
About Gods judgmentsThey are manifest.
The result is that men fear God and glorify His name and they come to worship Him.
It is ridiculous that any would not.
