2 Samuel 23:2 (KJV)
The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word was in my tongue.

The Word of God repeats over and again that it is the very Word of God. Here David wrote “The Spirit of the Lord spake by me.” I understand that every word David spoke could not be considered God’s Word. That was true of Jesus. It is not true of anyone else. Still, David knew when God spoke by Him. He said, “His word was in my tongue.” It was not of David. It was the Lord speaking through and by him. 

Our Bible is not men speaking what they think God would say. It is not men saying what they think God should have said. The Bible is God speaking to us all through holy men who were moved by the Holy Ghost.
